• · Thank you for your financial support of Kilnamanagh AFC. The purpose of this draw is to raise funds for       developing and enhancing the facilities at Kilnamanagh AFC grounds in Kilnamanagh.

• · The Promoter of this draw is Kilnamanagh AFC.

• · Kilnamanagh AFC is located in County Dublin and all funds raised from the lottery are for the future development  and enhancing the facilities at Kilnamanagh AFC grounds in Kilnamanagh.

• · Tickets sold for this lottery draw shall be limited to 2,000 tickets.

• · There is no limit to the number of tickets which an individual may purchase for the Lottery.

• · The cost of entry to the draw shall be €25.

• · Only those who have purchased an official ticket for entry to the draw will be eligible for a prize.

• · Tickets will not be sold to a person under the age of 18.

• · Any ticket held or prize claimed by a person under the age of 18 will not be deemed valid and prizes will not be awarded.

• · Tickets can be bought online or from committee members.

• · For tickets bought online, an email will be sent to the buyer with a photo of the ticket purchased with the buyer’s details on it.

• · Tickets are non-refundable except where the competition is cancelled. In that event, a full refund will be given.

• · A ticket is issued and valid upon receipt of full payment and contact details provided.

• · No responsibility can be accepted by Kilnamanagh AFC for entries or payments not received for whatever reason.

• · The winner will be contacted using the detail provided on the ticket of entry within 5 days from the date of selection.

• · A condition of entry is that their identity and location (town, county or country) shall be publicised on the acceptance of the prize. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and any images that may be taken at the prize-giving/hand-over, in any publicity material. The winner(s) agree to the

• publication and any consents required to comply with GDPR/Data Protection legislation are deemed to have been given on the purchase of a ticket for entry to the draw.

• · Any personal data relating to any non-winning entrant will be used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• · Kilnamanagh AFC, the organising Committee and its agents reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any other event outside of the Organisers control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants. The Terms and Conditions herein set out are at all times governed by the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.

• · Kilnamanagh AFC reserves the right to add any additional prizes/promotions to the competition.

• · Each ticket purchased will be eligible for additional prizes as and when they are announced.

• · Any additional non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• · The operation of the draw and the conduct of the selection of the winning ticket on the draw date shall be independently observed and scrutinised by an independent adjudicator chosen by Kilnamanagh AFC and its organising committee.

• · The bonus draw will be held in public at Kilnamanagh Community Centre on 4th December 2021 at 10 pm.

• · It is also intended that the draw will be streamed live via Facebook.

• · The draw will observe all covid regulations in line with public health guidelines and regulations in force.

• · The main car draw will be held in public at Kilnamanagh Community Centre on 18th December 2021 at 10pm.

• · It is also intended that the draw will be streamed live via Facebook.

• · By purchasing an entry, the entrant is confirming his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• · The top prize is a new Suzuki Swift SZL 1.2 Petrol 5DR Mild Hybrid, supplied by Agnelli Motors, Dublin or €15,000 cash alternative.

• · The Suzuki Swift SZL, if selected, will be available for collection at Agnelli Motors. If the winner selects the cash alternative, a bank draft will be issued to the value of €15,000 by Agnelli Motors.

• · The Suzuki Swift SZL prize will be registered in the Republic of Ireland and is similar but not identical to the vehicle shown in the promotional images. If the winner selects the vehicle, he/she will be responsible for all legal and other costs involved in the registration of the vehicle, insurance, and motor taxation. Kilnamanagh AFC and/or its organising committee shall not, in any circumstances, be responsible for the state of repair, condition, fitness for purpose etc. of the said motor vehicle. Neither Kilnamanagh AFC, nor any member of the Executive Committee, nor the Trustees shall have any liability to the winner of the competition, in relation to any loss suffered due to any issues in the manufacturing and/or state and condition of the said vehicle. Kilnamanagh AFC will have no direct or indirect financial interest in the vehicle and will be free from any encumbrance following the draw.

• · It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to provide up-to-date contact details as of the date of the draw being held. If the winner cannot be contacted or chooses not to claim the prize within 21 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited. In this event, any subsequent draw will take place in accordance with these Terms and Conditions until a new winner is established.

• · All disputes, differences and issues which at any time may arise between the purchaser of the ticket and organisers of the draw shall be referred to an independent arbitrator to be nominated by the Executive Committee of Kilnamanagh AFC to determine the dispute, difference or issue.

• · Kilnamanagh AFC will maintain books and records recording all entries into the competition and all costs relating to the competition. These will be held in compliance with Data Protection legislation. These will be audited by an independent adjudicator within 14 days of draw date.

• · Errors and Omissions Excepted. The Club and its servants, agents, licensees, trustees, directors, committee members or the organisers of the competition accepts no responsibility whatsoever whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission, interception or communications failure, for unreceived, late, missing, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected claims, enttries, applications, memberships or otherwise.
